Meet the team
Within Hilltops there is a wealth of experience amongst our staff. With Early Years Qualified Teachers and staff who specialise in Special Educational Needs, Hilltops can offer your child the highest levels of education and nurture. Staff are passionate about what they do and how they do it. Through planning for each individual child, key workers will ensure that your child is meeting their developmental milestones in all areas of learning within the EYFS. Staff are warm, caring and put the children at the centre of all planning. All staff are paediatric first aid qualified and have completed all relevant safeguarding training in line with EYFS Requirements.

I have a BA Hons in childhood studies and an Early Years Professional Status. I am a mum of two wonderful children and enjoy spending the majority of my time as a family and following the interests of our children.

Hello, I’m Isabelle and I have three children. I have been at Hilltops since January 2023. I first fell in love with Hilltops 5 years ago when my eldest was ready for the next adventure. He really enjoyed the fantastic resources and experiences that Hilltops provides and as a parent, I loved the safe, nurturing, homely vibe that I felt as soon as I entered. All three of my children have now attended Hilltops and have thrived and I believe Hilltops was the perfect start to their ‘learning journey’. I am now lucky enough to get to experience Hilltops all over again as a dedicated member of staff, supporting so many children on their very own ‘learning journey’.
